Antigua & Barbuda has appointed internationally recognised Warri players Trevor Simon and Terrance Kambue Charles as Cultural Ambassadors, recognising their efforts to preserve and promote one of the world’s oldest strategy games. Their work has helped revive interest in Warri among young people and strengthen appreciation for an important part of the nation’s cultural heritage.
