Global hotelier Daniel Shamoon has partnered with Orange Limited founder Albert Hartog to develop a luxury boutique resort within the 160-acre Pearns Point development on Antigua’s west coast.

Plans include 20 single-storey suites and 20 two-bedroom villas, along with 36 three- and four-bedroom villas for sale, priced from US$3 million to US$6 million. Resort guests and Pearns Point owners will have access to a beach club, signature restaurant supplied by an organic farm, racquet club, ocean-view spa and fitness centre and a dedicated watersports hub. The plans will retain public access to the beach.

Shamoon is co-owner of Luxury Hotel Partners and Small Luxury Hotels of the World. His international hospitality portfolio includes Marbella Club, Puente Romano Marbella and several Nobu hotels, as well as Antigua’s Hermitage Bay. He is also involved in The Beach Club, Barbuda, being developed in partnership with Robert De Niro and scheduled to open in 2027.

Hartog has led the development of Pearns Point through Orange Limited since its inception. The new resort will add a hospitality component to the existing low-density residential community, which currently offers beachfront, oceanfront and elevated homesites
