Antigua & Barbuda has been named one of the four best places in the Caribbean for Americans to retire in a new ranking by financial publication Investopedia.
The twin-island nation earned praise for its English-speaking environment, infrastructure, healthcare, tax advantages and routes to permanent residency and citizenship. Established international communities in Jolly Harbour and English Harbour were also highlighted.
The ranking assessed destinations across 38 criteria, including affordability, accessibility, quality of life, healthcare and governance.
